Our Specialty Grade Swiss Water Decaffeinated Colombian.
Timana’s decaffeinated Colombian Swiss Water coffee from Huila exhibits a wonderful blend of flavorful aromas. It comes from in this productive area of Colombia and has a medium yet full-bodied flavor. It is also delicately decaffeinated using the environmentally beneficial Swiss Water process. Without the unexpected hit of caffeine in every cup, experience the flavor of Colombian coffee.

Varietal = Caturra, Typica
Altitude = 1400 to 1700 M.A.S.L
Process = Swiss Water, Specialty Grade.
Cupping Score = 85+
Screen Size = 16 to 18.
Cupping Notes = Full Rich Bodied, Bright Acidity, Tamarin, Peach.
Almond and Spicy Aroma. Well balanced.
